This is my little house.
This is the door.
The windows are shiny and so is the floor.
Outside there's a chimney as tall as can be.
With smoke that goes curling up, come and see!
My girls and I often sing this song and it sums up this appliqued house cushion I made today perfectly.
It is bright and cheery and made from fabric I brought from my favorite haberdashery boutique this very morning!
